The tranquillity of Barlochan makes it the ideal environment for a peaceful, relaxing caravan or camping holiday. Great attention is given to the beautiful appearance of the Park with mature trees and an abundance of flowers and shrubs. The local towns of Castle Douglas, Dalbeattie and Dumfries are all close by and the small village of Palnackie is a short walk from the Park itself, making Barlochan an ideal base for exploring.
