Pitches: 18 Opening Dates: March To October In the evening sit and admire the magnificent sunsets and wake up to a view of the Atlantic Ocean. The campsite is a stones throw from the machair, Seal Bay and golden beaches. The campsite is situated on a prime location on the west side of Barra, two and a half miles from Castlebay. Castlebay it the port for the Oban ferry and has all the facilities you would expect; shops, library, sports centre, hotels, cafes, bank and post office. Borve Camping and Caravan Site is a new development with brand new facilities including:- _ showers _ toilets _ kitchen _ laundry All facilities have disabled access. The site is open from April to October. The site is suitable for and welcomes every age group. School groups are welcome but prior booking is essential. Pets are welcome. English and Gaelic are spoken on site.
