Pitches: 45 Opening Dates: April To October Cairnsmill Caravan Park makes an ideal touring base situated on the A915 approximately one mile from St. Andrews on the picturesque East Fife coast within close proximity of a choice of sandy beaches and golf courses. Five caravans available for holiday hire with all mains services. Fully equipped, including bed linen. We welcome dogs but they must be kept on leads and exercised off site. Our tent pitches can accommodate a maximum size of a 4 man tent but we are unable to take advanced bookings for tents. St Andrews, the Mecca of golf is an ancient and beautiful burgh. Legend tells that the relics of the apostle Andrew were brought to Scotland by St. Regulus who, having been shipwrecked off the Fife coast, founded a church on the site where the town now stands. St. Andrew was to become the patron saint of Scotland. St. Andrews can be explored best on foot, the combination of Medieval, Victorian and Edwardian streets forming one of the most attractive towns in Britain.
