Gamrie Bay Certificated Location

This is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location, which accepts just five caravans or motorhomes and is for Club Members only. Pitches: 5 CAMC Members Only Opening Dates: Open All Year *NEW* We are situated just over 1 mile from the picturesque villages of Gardenstown and Crovie. All our pitches are hardstanding and are fully serviced with electric hook up, fresh water and waste. All are designed so you can be fully plumbed in if you wish. We have good TV reception & Free Wifi. There is a Chemical Waste Disposal unit and we also encourage recycling. Our scenic harbour is the hub of the village in the summer.The historic St Johns Church on Mohr Head which is dated 1004. The village has a Spar shop with everyday essentials, a village pub and a Harbour Restaurant. We are ideally placed for some lovely scenic beaches all within a few miles. The picturesque village of Pennan is 4 miles away where they filmed the movie 'Local Hero' is well worth a visit. On our doorstep (3 miles) Troup Head is the largest RSPB Bird Colony on mainland UK, which David Attenbourgh described as 'world class'. There are Boat trips from the harbour for sightseeing, dolphin watching and sea fishing. We can provide private Loch Trout fishing and Salmon/Sea Trout fishing on our own private beat on the River Deveron. Our nearest towns are Macduff/Banff which are 10 minutes away with shops,restaurants,Golf courses,swimming pool, Marine Aquarium,Driving Range and the historic Duff House.
