Pitches: 150 Opening Dates: March To October 16 acres of level parkland with mature trees and a meandering river on the shore of Wales' largest natural lake in the southern area of the Snowdonia National Park. There are magnificent views of nearby hills and mountains and a large launching area for sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing. For children, there is a safe enclosed playground also pottering around in the river & lake is as good a pastime as any. Stand up paddle boarding and & tuition available on site. Inflatables allowed on the lake and river. Glanllyn Bay is a safe, shallow bay for children to learn to canoe, sail and stand-up paddleboarding. There is a small camp shop & touist information area, a laundrette & dishwashing area and excellent heated toilet & shower facilities. wifi available. The small market town of Bala is 3 miles away with plenty of small shops, pubs & retaurants, cinema and a leisure centre with swimming pool.
