Glengoulandie is situated in stunning highland Perthshire, 8 miles north west of Aberfeldy and 17 miles west of the highly popular tourist town of Pitlochry. It is surrounded by areas of the Tay Forest Park and between the Cairngorms and the Loch Lomond. The parks secluded location provides huge scenic advantage. It nestles at the foot of Dn Coillich - set in a peaceful and picturesque glen location close to Glen Lyon - often described as the longest and loveliest glen in Scotland. This small site is fringed by an established deer park containing over 50 red deer and has a trickling burn running right through its heart. Dn Coillich is home to over 70 species of birds, including golden eagles. The nearby town of Aberfeldy provides a wide range of amenities including shops, eateries and tourist attractions. These include Castle Menzies, The Birks of Aberfeldy and Dewars Aberfeldy Distillery. The renowned towns of Pitlochry and Blair Atholl are also within easy reach.
