Pitches: 24 Opening Dates: March - October Mynydd Mawr Caravan and Camping site is an established family run campsite situated near the village of Aberdaron right at the far end of the Llyn Peninsula, North West Wales. Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The campsite enjoys stunning susnset and panoramic views of the coastline around Cardigan Bay and overlooks Bardsey Island. The Llyn peninsula coastal path and the historic pilgrims route passes through the adjoining headland, ideal for walks and excellent for fishing. On site facilities includes a cafe, we have also completely refurbished our toilet/shower block for 2015 which comprises of Gents, Ladies Disabled/Family Room with washing up area and freezer for your ice packs, electrical hook ups, waterpoints and chemical disposal unit. Campfires are allowed but must be raised off the ground in a container. Dogs are most welcome but must be kept on a lead. Our onsite cafe serves breakfast, light snacks, afternoon teas with a selection of homemade cakes, ice cream and refreshments.
