Why campers love it here
About this site
This is a club member only site - you may be able to join on site - please check direct with the site This is an adults only site Pitches: 6 Opening Dates: 01/04- 30/09 A Grenner Camping Club certificated site set in the tranquil Teifi Valley offering beatiful views. With 6 pitches only there is plently of space allowing privacy and peace and quiet. Affiliated with The Greener Camping Club, this site is eco-friendly with a compost loo, (further toilet and shower facilities available in the house on request). We provide loo roll, washing up liquid and cleaning products which are totally environmentally friendly. We currently have two hens, Matilda and Maud and we hope they will provide you with tasty free range eggs, however, the aim is to give them a happy life after their ordeal as battery hens. We will happily cook and deliver your breakfast to your tent on order the day before. We have a poly tunnel and herb garden from which you can help yourselves to tasty organic home grown produce, (an honesty box allows donations which go towards treats for the chickens and to The British Hen Welfare Trust to save the lives of more ex battery girls) Firm believers in recycling, we have a vegetable patch made from recycled bathtubs. A recycle area and food compost area is on site. Perfectly situated on the border of Carmarthenshire and Ceridigion, our location is the ideal place to explore so many wonderful places the area has to offer. From fishing, cycling, walking, pony trekking, white water pursuits, the list is endless. Further afield, but all easily accessible are Pembroke National Park, the Brecon Beacons, The Black Mountain, the Elan Valley, the Cambrian Mountains and so much more. We hope you will take a look at our website which includes lots of information, and look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful corner of the world. Happy camping.
