This is a Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site, which accept caravans or motorhomes and usually tents. This is a club member only site - you can usually join on site Pitches: 5 Opening Dates: Easter To End October Set virtually in the centre of the beautiful Isle of Anglesey, Trefollwyn is an ideal location for a quiet relaxing break. The site is an ideal base to explore the many attractions Anglesey has to offer and indeed Snowdonia. Trefollwyn is a family run beef and sheep farm, situated about 1.5 miles from the historic market town of Llangefni, in the village of Rhosmeirch, and only 3 miles from the A55 expressway to Holyhead, making it a convenient stop on the way to Ireland. Many of the islands attractions and indeed most beaches can be reached within a 0.25 hour drive. The site is level and grassy with easy access. It overlooks open country side, but hidden behind the trees viewed from the campsite is Llyn Cefni (Cefni Reservoir), A 4 mile foot/cycle path surrounds Llyn Cefni, which in turn, adjoins the Dingle or Pandy Reserve, a 25 acre ancient magical wooded valley full of wildlife, follow this path and it will take you to Llangefni. Oriel Ynys Mon (Anglesey's Heritage Centre) is only 0.5 mile away, next to a golf driving range. The Oriel houses, amongst others, the works of Sir Kyffin Williams and Charles Tunnicliffe.
