Why campers love it here
About this site
Pitches: 60 Opening Dates: April To October The park is an attractive and exceptionally well-maintained park right in the heart of Braveheart Country. This friendly and scenic park is overlooked by the dramatic Wallace Monument while the Ochil Hills dramatically ascend from the rear of the park and stretch eastward as far as the eye can see. The park is a family run business and Alistair, Veda and Veda-Jane StephenÕs dedication to quality is testified to by the accolade of being graded Excellent and Runner-up for the 2003 Best Touring Park in Scotland and being listed in BritainÕs top 50 Touring Parks by the readers of Caravan Life. This said, the parkÕs greatest commendation is the number of satisfied customers who return year after year. Both caravanners and campers are welcome. Facilities are excellent - the heated toilet and shower block have been nominated ÔLoo of the YearÕ every year since awards began. Dogs on a lead are welcome and there is a ÔDogÕ wood set aside for their exercise. The park sits snugly against the hills and covering 5 acres it has a pleasant open feel.
