This is a Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site, which accept caravans or motorhomes and usually tents. Pitches: 5 caravans 10 tents Opening Dates: Open All Year We are a small, family-run park in the rural hamlet of Blaen-y-coed in Carmarthenshire, West Wales. In our quiet countryside location, visitors can enjoy views of the gorgeous West Wales countryside by day and starry skies by night. We are a pet-friendly park, with plenty of space onsite and local woodland trails for you and your furry friends to stretch your legs. We have 5 hardstanding pitches with electric hookup and 10 grass pitches available with or without electric hook-up. Caravan facilities (chemical disposal, Toilet fluids, Calor gas sales) are available, as well as our newly built amenities cabin. You won't find stark toilet and shower blocks here. The two small but perfectly formed heated wet rooms mean your stay will really feel like a home away from home and in addition two new separate toilets, with one being an extra wide cubicle that also provides a baby changing facility. If all you want is a relaxing break in the fresh countryside air then Woodland Rise Camping and Caravan park and its surroundings have all you need; natural setting, amazing views, and woodland walks. We often have a wide variety of birdlife visit including; buzzards, red kites and skylarks. Due to its rural location, we have very low light pollution, giving you a dark sky perfect for some late night stargazing. If you are looking for a full day of activities then we are also ideally located to visit some of West Wales top attractions in Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. Furthermore, we are close to many picturesque National Trust owned beaches and coves along the Cardigan Bay coast.
