Alders Caravan Park

Pitches: 40 Opening Dates: March To October The site is in the pretty village of Alne on a working farm 9 miles from York with a bus service from the village to York and Easingwold and easy access to the A1 & A19 The site is level and dry with two modern toilet blocks with individual fully equipped heated shower rooms, and facilities for the disabled. Our two shower blocks are centrally located for ease of access to all and are equipped with modern clean and spacious shower rooms which are cleaned to a very high standard. Modern, clean and warm shower facilities with washing and drying machine, iron and hair dryers. Washup areas and sluices are centrally located on the Park. Wifi is available on the Alders. The Park has been carefully developed to ensure privacy through internal landscape design. Small bays named after Yorkshire Abbeys and Dales provide privacy with space. Our woodland walk and water meadow with wild flowers,birds and animals all combine to offer the discerning and nature loving visitor an idyllic environment in which to stay Our Pods are located in their own landscaped and car free area (Wharfedale) with plenty of space and privacy. Pods offer visitors the freedom and ambience of traditional camping whilst giving you a higher level of privacy and security and more comfort both inside and out. We have two Standard sized Pods (suitable for max 2 adults and 2 children) and three Family sized Pods which sleep 4 adults. We have installed a separate eco-toilet within the Wharfedale area for those night time emergencies. There's also a spacious covered area for BBQs or just chilling in the shade
