Why campers love it here
About this site
Pitches: 10 Opening Dates: Easter To October Half Term Bloomfields Farm is a delightful 16th century farm house with a grade two listed house and tithe barn. The camp site is set in a very secluded meadow behind the old barn and is not overlooked at all. There is a large fire pit in the middle of the camp which guests are welcome to use to either cook on or sit around. The meadow is well drained and largely flat with ground that will take pegs well. There is a small wild pond and copse at the end where moorhens, heron and coots are regularly seen. We have a self contained toilet block with flushing toilets and hot water for washing in sinks. We also have a camp kitchen for guests, this is a simple worktop with two wash up points with cold water. There is a kettle in there and two electric ovens. There is also plenty of crockery. You would share this faculty with other guests and it is a very special place to cook up in the middle of a 400 year old barn! We have just added a simple camp shower too We have good 3 and 4G on site depending on your provider and also welcome D of E groups or youth camps when we will ensure you have sole occupancy of the site. We charge £10 per adult per night and £5 per child (10-16) under ten is free. Camper vans are £20 a night
