Being only 2 miles from Symonds Yat, there is kayaking and canoeing close by along with fishing, walking and cycling not to mention the infamous Puzzle Wood, which is worth a visit, in the Forest of Dean. Our streamside meadow field is located in a quiet countryside setting on the banks of the Garron Brook. We have 30 pitches catering for touring caravans, motorhomes and tents. 16 hook ups, toilet, shower, washing up facilities and a freezer for ice packs. Elmsdale is a dog friendly site with a bridle path to exercise your pets. There is plenty of open space for outdoor games and is safe for children to burn off some energy. Although situated in a rural location the site is conveniently placed for both market towns of Ross on Wye and Monmouth which have a wide variety of small and medium size shops as well as good range of major supermarkets to chose from. Local village shops in the area will also cater for your fresh produce and everyday items. We are also only 15-20 minutes walk from one of 2 local pubs.
