Pitches: . Opening Dates: March 1st To December 31st We are delighted to be able to tell you that the AA have awarded us Five Pennants this year. The AA are a well recognised and respected organisation and in spite of not having all the criteria (electric barriers, warden on site 24hrs etc) they felt that the site and facilities were worthy of the grading. We are not increasing our prices this year and we do not charge extra for holidays times and except for busy times on our website, we always have pitches for those snap decisions to go camping! We were awarded the David Bellamy Special Distinction Award for 2013/14, our second time. It has been given to us this time for our very environmentally friendly new loo block, David Bellamy likes to recognise best practice and only a very few sites are given this accolade every year. Including a disabled shower/toilet room, family rooms, washing up, laundry and a drying room, many people this year have said that our new facilities are the best we have ever used. Hidden in a secluded valley birds abound and with direct access to the woods and hills of the farm, walking and biking are popular with our customers. We have wifi and television but we are deep in the hills and neither are brilliant. TMobile, Orange and Vodaphone work well but other networks struggle.
