About this site

Fir Tree Park is a holiday home and seasonal touring park on Jewison Lane near Sewerby, on the coast just north of Bridlington in East Yorkshire. Run by the family-owned Flower of May group, it is geared to holiday-home owners and seasonal caravan pitch holders rather than short-break campers: there are no tent pitches and no nightly touring or motorhome pitches, so casual tourers should look elsewhere. The seasonal touring pitches are hardstanding with electric hook-ups and space for an awning, backed by brand-new toilet and washroom facilities for 2026. Owners and seasonal holders get the run of a heated indoor pool, which they swim in for free, plus a bar complex with a family lounge, a separate adults-only lounge and weekend entertainment through the season. There is a children's playground, an on-site mini-market and a launderette too. The park sits about a mile from Sewerby and only minutes from Bridlington's seafront, with Sewerby Hall, Flamborough Head and the town's beaches and harbour all close by. The main season runs from March to November, while the neighbouring Anchorage development stretches to an eleven-month season. For pitch prices and availability, contact Fir Tree Park or Flower of May directly, as seasonal pitches are booked by the season rather than by the night.

Good to know

Does Fir Tree Park have touring or tent pitches?
No, Fir Tree Park offers seasonal touring pitches and holiday homes only, with no short-break touring, motorhome or tent camping. If you want a nightly pitch on the Bridlington coast you will need a different park; Fir Tree suits owners and full-season caravanners.
Is there a swimming pool at Fir Tree Park?
Yes, the park has a heated indoor swimming pool, and holiday-home owners and seasonal pitch holders swim for free. There is also a bar complex with a family lounge and a separate adults-only lounge, with weekend entertainment through the season.
Are dogs allowed at Fir Tree Park?
Yes, dogs are welcome at the park. It sits in countryside near Sewerby, a short drive from the beaches at Bridlington and the cliffs of Flamborough Head, so there is plenty of coast and open ground for walks nearby.
When is Fir Tree Park open?
The main season runs from March to November. The adjacent Anchorage development has a longer eleven-month season, giving owners there the option to stay over Christmas and New Year in their holiday home, subject to the park's own terms.
Where is Fir Tree Park?
Fir Tree Park is on Jewison Lane near Sewerby, about a mile from the village and only minutes from Bridlington's seafront in East Yorkshire. Sewerby Hall, Flamborough Head and Bridlington's beaches and harbour are all within a short drive.
Is Fir Tree Park suitable for families?
Yes, the park has a heated indoor pool, a children's playground and a family lounge in the bar complex, plus an on-site mini-market and launderette. It suits families who own or take a seasonal pitch rather than those after a one-night stay.
