Pitches: 200 pitches. 6 Lodges. 6 Cabins. 3 Pods Opening Dates: Open All Year Henlow Bridge Lakes is a family owned and run campsite, nestled on a 33 acre site on the Herts/Beds border. We are a family friendly site catering for caravans, tents, mobile homes and RVs. Open all year, well behaved pets are welcome at no extra cost. The site has 160 touring grass/hardstanding pitches, all with electric hook-ups and water points.We have 6 Fully Fitted Lodges that sleep 4 and 6 cabins which also accommodate 4. Our family Pods are available for hire and sleep up to 6 persons. The Pods are fully heated and insulated and include TV and individual BBQ area. Our 5 Events fields can be hired together or separately to accommodate special alfresco themed events. Enquiries from rally groups and organisations are welcome. These fields all benefit from electric and water points. The site is within a 2 minute walk of Arlesey train station located on the main Peterborough to London (Kings Cross) line. The station provides twice hourly services to/from London (35 minutes) and Peterborough (45 minutes). Making Henlow Bridge Lakes the ideal base for exploring London and the East of England. For walkers, our site is encircled by 1.6 miles of footpaths which link into established trails that can take you you as far as Hitchin to the South or Biggleswade to the North, or if you prefer numerous local pubs! The site is also home to our four coarse day ticket fishing lakes. The facilities include amenity block with underfloor heating, ladies and gents showers, disabled wet room, baby change area, launderette, plate wash room, book exchange and free Wi-Fi zone. Further facilities include a fully stocked shop selling basic food provisions, general camping equipment as well as a wide array of fishing tackle and bait. A large childrens play area and specially designed junior and disabled fishing lakes makes Henlow Bridge Lakes an ideal family oriented destination.
