This is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location, which accepts just five caravans or motorhomes and is for Club Members only. This is an adults only site Pitches: 5 CAMC Members Only Opening Dates: Open All Year We designed the site for maximum privacy within your caravan, is maintained to a very high standard and won many awards. The price includes the hire to EVERY caravan, fresh water system and grey waste connection making your stay even more relaxing. Electric is metered and the average cost during the main season is about £1.50 pn. Our main aim is that our visitors relax in the quietness of the countryside, watching the wild life and listening to bird song. The advantage is that the site is situated in a quiet lane 5 minutes walk into the village of Deeping St. James with pubs, local shops, post office, bakery and leisure centre. The lovely, 3 mile round river bank walk, can take you from the Site down into Market Deeping, which offers supermarkets, restaurants, individual shops. There is also a nature reserve which is within walking distance. The surrounding area and villages are very much like the Cotswolds, and is ideal for walking and cycling.
