About this site

Manor House Glamping is an adults only glamping park on Kitty Lane at Marton Moss, on the rural edge of Blackpool, where the accommodation is a fleet of repurposed vehicles rather than pitches. You can book a night in a helicopter, a Boeing 737 cockpit, a 1956 Green Goddess fire engine, a 1957 American Airstream, an American school bus, an engine pod or a Volkswagen campervan, and every one has its own private woodfired hot tub with enough firewood to heat it once. Blackpool seafront and Lytham St Annes are both a short drive, but the park itself is deliberately quiet: free roaming Silkie chickens, two runner ducks and a pair of emus called Mick and Alice have the run of the grounds, and there is a pizza service in the evening. Manor House Glamping is strictly over 18s, accepts no pets and takes no groups, since every booking is for two adults, so families, dog owners and stag parties all need to look elsewhere in Blackpool. Bring your own bedding and a £100 cash security deposit, as a fresh fitted sheet is all that is provided. Arrivals run between 3pm and 5.30pm, checkout is by 10am, and the park opens Friday and Saturday nights through most of 2026, with prices quoted through the operator's own booking system.

Good to know

Can you bring a touring caravan or motorhome?
No, not any more. The park traded for years as Manor House Touring Park with touring pitches, but it now operates purely as Manor House Glamping and every booking is for one of its repurposed vehicle units. There is no touring pitch product on the operator booking system at all.
Are dogs or pets allowed?
No, the operator is emphatic that this is an adult only site with no pets accepted onsite, and it is repeated on every page of their website. The park keeps free roaming chickens, runner ducks and two emus, which is the practical reason dogs cannot be accommodated here.
Can children stay at Manor House Glamping?
No, every resident must be 18 or over and you may be asked to prove your age, with entry refused and no refund if you cannot. All bookings are for two adults. If you are camping with children, this is not the site for you anywhere on the Fylde coast.
What accommodation can you stay in?
Repurposed vehicles: a Royal Navy Lynx helicopter, a Boeing 737 cockpit, an American school bus, a 1956 Green Goddess fire engine, a 1957 American Airstream caravan, a Rolls Royce VC10 engine pod and Volkswagen campervans. Each has its own private woodfired hot tub and sleeps two adults.
Is the park open all year?
No, Manor House Glamping opens Friday and Saturday nights only through most of 2026, plus the Sunday attached to a bank holiday. November is Saturdays only, December is limited to a handful of dates including New Year's Eve, and January 2027 is closed entirely.
How do you book and how much is it?
Bookings can only be made on the operator's own website, and prices are quoted through their booking system rather than published as a tariff. A £50 deposit per accommodation per night secures the booking, with a 24 hour cooling off period. There is a £100 cash security deposit on arrival.
