Fabulous views. Very spacious; ample personal space. Streamside pitches, under trees or hilltop. We have far-reaching views over three counties, many large trees and a stream. We have less rainfall than elsewhere, because we are protected by the Black Mountains. We provide showers and toilets in four buildings: rustic or domestic style: all having flushing, porcelain toilets, and spacious showers cleaned and inspected daily. We Have a nubber of fully serviced pitches, with water supply, grey water disposal and Electric hook ups. Each hook-up is protected by RCD delivering 1.5KW is suitable for lights, battery charging, fridges, and electrical camping equipment (kettles, etc). The total wattage is restricted so these will not however support domestic type water heaters, space heaters and such things as high wattage domestic kettles. We offer a small number of seasonal pitches at about a half of the usual price in select spots each having its own garden area. You can camp freely on this 20-acre space: by the stream, grouped around a campfire, near the shower facilities or further out on your own - just as you prefer. Wherever you go, with 25 pitches on 20-acres you can always find a pleasant spot. There is ample space for small campfires, BBQs, etc. We make this a quiet, peaceful place, so we strictly ban all radio, music and any other noise. If you don't have a tent, we can offer you a pre-erected one. We can offer you an old but cosy touring caravan in its own quiet garden, or a Shepherds hut. We do get rain, but being in the lee of the Black mountains, we get somewhat less that we should. Last year although the forecast was saying rain, we remained largely dry. We have even had cancelled bookings citing Ôweather forecast was dreadful' when we were making hay.
