Pitches: 14 Opening Dates: Open All Year **UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP** Mount Farm is an established family run caravan site in the picturesque village of Ratley that has recently been taken over by a local, young couple. We are on the Warwickshire Oxfordshire border, just a stones throw from the ancient woodland and battleground of Edge Hill and we have The Cotswolds on our doorstep. Historic Warwick and Stratford upon Avon are less than 30 minutes away. The town of Banbury is 6 miles away which offers a good range of shopping, sports and leisure, entertainment, dining, nightlife, museums, cinema and family activities. The nearest village shop is in Kineton (4 miles). The woods at Edgehill offer walks with stunning scenery (see photos) We are a small but spacious site with 14 plots over 2 fields. The site is on high but sheltered and well drained ground. It consists of maintained lawned fields with the grass collected and offers views of the surrounding countryside. We offer electrical hook ups, MV waste, recycling, laundry facilities and toilet and shower room with disabled access and facilities. We are open all year and welcome touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans and tents upon request. We can arrange newspaper delivery and post collection. Families and well behaved dogs welcome. There is a childrens play area and recreation ground at the entrance to the site which is safe and clean. There are many walks in the area and 2 pubs within walking distance both which serve good home-cooked food. Please contact Fergus or Maxine with enquiries and bookings.
