About this site

Pitches: 200 Opening Dates: 01/04 to 02/11 "Follow William the Conqueror to England's south coast" The lovely sand of Pevensey appears at low tide just outside our Club Site at Normans Bay. The Pevensey Levels are known for nature conservation and agriculture. The beauty of the South Downs is to the south west. Pevensey Castle is one of Britain's oldest and most important strongholds. Its fortifications date back to Roman times. Eastbourne is five miles to the south. The Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park includes a five-acre fishing lake and trains of several sizes. Eastbourne's developing Sovereign Marina includes many shops, craft outlets and waterfront restaurants. Beachy Head is Britain's highest chalk cliff. The Countryside Centre has interactive displays about its wildlife and history. The South Downs Way ends at the Seven Sisters Country Park. The Seven Sisters is a series of vertical chalk headlands. The Observatory Science Centre at Herstmonceux - once home to the pips broadcast on BBC radio - includes exhibitions on Medieval Machines, puzzles and an outdoor science playground. For more information please visit our website . Member price from: £8.35 per person per night
