It sits on Old Yarmouth Road, roughly two miles from Bungay and about four from Beccles, which puts the Waveney valley and the southern edge of the Norfolk Broads within an easy drive. Pitches are grass with electric hook-up, and the reason to come is the lake rather than the pitches: this is an angling venue that happens to take vans, not a touring park that happens to have water.
