Ocknell & Longbeech Camping In The Forest Sites

Pitches: Ocknell (280) Longbeech (200) Opening Dates: 02/04/2020 To 28/09/2020 At the northern edge of the New Forest, Ocknell and Longbeech are approximately a mile apart. There is no electricity at either site, although there are toilets at Ocknell. Longbeech, as its name suggests, is set deep in ancient beechwood, while Ocknell is a more open, heath land site. Ocknell is an ideal base for a quiet break and offers direct access to the Forest. At Longbeech, youre likely to see plenty of New Forest Ponies and deer. There are few facilities within walking distance of the sites; however, Fritham is a short drive away. A little further afield is the cathedral city of Salisbury, just sixteen miles away.
