Old School House Certificated Location

This is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location, which accepts just five caravans or motorhomes and is for Club Members only. This is an adults only site Pitches: 5 CAMC Members Only Opening Dates: Open All Year Old School House cl site is now entering its 11th year,I'm so pleased that my very 1st campers are still coming back at least twice a year every year...We are adults only on a plot of about 3/4 acre so loads of space.It was part of the pasture field , we have levelled it, put stock fencing all around & now have 2 fully serviced hard standing pitches & 1 standard hard standing pitch but still enough grass for all 5 units ( 3 with own water tap) if you prefer to be on grass.With established hedges but not too high as to detract the lovely view of our 13th century village church ,the 2nd from last photo is a regular visitor enjoying the view from the church tower, the bells are only rung about twice a year!.I welcome any pets,equines too! We are situated about 1/2 mile from the A47 wisbech - Kings lynn road, so easy access,with only 50 yards of a single file road to negotiate. slight traffic noise if the wind is lying wrong! All Hookups are 16amp, the grass is mown regularly,I have recycling facilities, a shower & toilet (both together) which is off site up near the house, the room being the toilets when it was originally a school but thankfully it is now heated! I supply soap,toilet paper & paper towels even a chair & full length mirror its basic but everything is provided. Dog walks are from site only a little road walk then onto green lanes which are public access you hardly see a soul & can walk for miles but adjacent to the site is a very large fully enclosed dog exercise area which we've just completed.A warm welcome awaits just can't guarantee the same for the weather. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING ! .
