We are perfectly located in acres of farmland, overlooked by cows, sheep and horses with access to the Cuckoo Trail (a disused former Cuckoo Line 'steam rail track' that stretches from Eastbourne Park to Heathfield). Hop on your bicycle and pedal traffic-free for 14 miles, or perhaps take a gentle stroll towards the South Downs newest National Park, an ideal opportunity to ponder the amazing views, digest the local tea rooms and the delightful traditional pubs. Our nearest towns are the market town of Hailsham and Polegate (national rail links) being an accessible 1.5 miles along tarmac and gravel track. No need for a car. Enjoy the great outdoors with changing seasons and amazing sussex wildlife right on your doorstep, time to reconnect with nature, family and friends. An ideal spot for taking life at a slower pace in the tranquil setting of beautiful countryside. Peel House Farm is nestled between Polegate, Hailsham, Pevensey Levels, South Downs National Park, Long Man of Wilmington, Jevington, Alfriston, Brighton (30 mins away), Central London (60 mins away), this farm is all about the location!
