About this site

Ream Hills Holiday Park is a 60 pitch touring park on a 160 acre farm estate at Weeton, near Blackpool, built around a large spring fed lake. The park sits in Fylde farmland off Mythop Road, roughly four miles from the centre of Blackpool and about five minutes from the M55, so you can be on the Promenade or on a quiet Lancashire lane depending on your mood. All 60 pitches are hard standing gravel with electric hook up, and some are fully serviced with water and drainage on the pitch itself. Each one takes a touring caravan, motorhome or campervan along with your car and an awning or gazebo. This is not a site for tents, and the park runs a strict no commercial vehicles policy and accepts only caravans and motorhomes built for the UK market, so some conversions will be turned away. What lifts Ream Hills beyond the usual touring checklist is the rest of the estate: the Wild Shore water sports and aqua park on the lake, Fins Cafe at the water's edge, an on site gym, and glamping pods and geodesic domes if someone in your party wants a solid roof. There is also a small shop, laundry, a covered dish washing area, free Wi-Fi and a children's play area. Ream Hills is open all year, check in is 12:30pm and check out 11:30am, and touring prices are quoted through the park's own online booking system.

Good to know

Is Ream Hills dog friendly?
Yes, the touring park is pet friendly and Ream Hills publishes a pet policy on its website. The wider park also has a dedicated dog friendly lodge, the Pawprint Chalet, for anyone swapping the van for a cabin. With 160 acres of farmland and a lake to walk around, there is plenty of space to stretch a dog's legs.
Can I pitch a tent at Ream Hills?
No, Ream Hills does not take tents. The 60 touring pitches are hard standing gravel and are for touring caravans, motorhomes and campervans only. The park also operates a strict no commercial vehicles policy and accepts only caravans and motorhomes built for the UK market, so call ahead if your van is a conversion.
Is Ream Hills open all year?
Yes, the touring park is open all year round, and seasonal pitches are available twelve months of the year too. Check in is 12:30pm and check out is 11:30am. Arrivals must reach the site before reception closes, which is 8pm Mondays and Fridays, 4pm Sundays, and 5pm the rest of the week.
How far is Blackpool?
The park sits at Weeton in the Fylde countryside, about four miles from the centre of Blackpool and roughly five minutes from the M55. That puts Blackpool Tower, the Pleasure Beach, Blackpool Zoo and the sandy beaches of Lytham St Annes all within a short drive, while the park itself stays quiet and rural.
How much is a touring pitch per night?
Ream Hills does not publish a standard nightly touring tariff on its website. Pitch prices are quoted through the park's own online booking system once you enter your dates, or you can call the team on 01253 836 587. Fully serviced pitches with water and drainage cost more than standard electric pitches.
What is on site besides the touring pitches?
Quite a lot. The estate includes the Wild Shore water sports centre and aqua park on the spring fed lake, Fins Cafe by the water, a gym, and a children's outdoor play area. There is a small shop, laundry facilities, a covered dish washing area, free Wi-Fi, and award winning shower and toilet blocks.
