This is an adults only site Pitches: 55 ( Over 25s Only ) Opening Dates: Open All Year A picturesque, adults only (over 25s only) family run touring caravan and camping park situated on the peaceful Welsh/Shropshire border near to the market town of Welshpool. The park promotes tranquility and natural beauty, incorporating woodland, farmland and a stream meandering along it's border. It enjoys the protection of nearby hills and woodland but remains very accessible to the main road. The pitches are flat, generous and separated by a variety of shrubs. They are particularly suitable for motorhomes and larger caravans. There is a mixture of hard standing and grassed pitches which are mainly fully serviced but all with 16 amp electric hookup. We have a separate camping area with electric hookup if desired which is extensively planted with trees and shrubs. There is a modern purpose built fully heated shower block with a disabled wet room and a kitchen area.We have a swap library and satellite equipment for hire which it set up by the owners. There is a separate purpose built shower block with seven fully equipped individual wetrooms This services a newly developed area which incorporates a large wildlife pool. The park is an ideal base for walkers wanting to explore recognised walks e.g. Offa's Dyke(1/2 mile) and the Stiperstones, or just to enjoy the park and it's surroundings. The nearby woodland is ideal for the keen bird watcher and boasts a magnificent display of bluebells in the spring It is stocked with a wide variety of native trees, and we have just opened a private woodland walk for our guests Dogs are welcome on the park on a short lead and there is a dog walk on site.We have a doggy wetroom to pamper your pooch. Our site is open all year but is restricted to adults only (over 25). We offer seasonal pitches, storage and touring pitches throughout the year
