About this site

Southview Leisure Park is a large Parkdean Resorts holiday park on the edge of Skegness in Lincolnshire, where a touring and motorhome area sits alongside holiday caravans, lodges and a park hotel. The park is set off Burgh Road, roughly a 10 minute drive from Skegness seafront and its award-winning Blue Flag beach, with the resort's shops and amusements close by. For touring, you pitch a caravan, campervan or motorhome on an Electric or Electric Plus hardstanding pitch, served by a shower and toilet block, launderette and water and waste points. This is a busy family holiday park rather than a quiet field, so it suits you if you want plenty on the doorstep and less so if you are after peace and dark skies. Dogs are welcome on the touring pitches. Beyond the pitch, guests can use the heated indoor pool with flume, sauna and spa, two on-site fishing lakes, a nine-hole golf course, a gym and the Lakeview showbar, plus a restaurant and bar. Southview Leisure Park runs a seasonal touring operation near Skegness, and touring pitches are booked through the Parkdean Resorts website.

Good to know

Does Southview Leisure Park have touring and camping pitches?
Yes, alongside its holiday caravans and lodges Southview has a dedicated touring area near Skegness. You can pitch a touring caravan, campervan or motorhome on an Electric or Electric Plus hardstanding pitch, with a shower and toilet block, launderette and water and waste points on hand.
Are dogs allowed at Southview?
Yes, dogs are welcome on the touring pitches at Southview. As a large Parkdean park on the edge of Skegness there is parkland to walk them on site, and the Lincolnshire coast and Blue Flag beach are a short drive away for longer walks along the sand.
How far is the beach?
The sandy Blue Flag beach at Skegness is about a 10 minute drive from Southview Leisure Park. The resort itself, with its shops, amusements and seafront, is equally close, so you can easily split your days between the park's facilities and the Lincolnshire coast.
What facilities are on site?
Southview is a full-facility holiday park with a heated indoor pool and flume, sauna and spa, two fishing lakes, a nine-hole golf course, a gym, and the Lakeview showbar for evening entertainment. There is also a restaurant and bar, so there is plenty to do without leaving.
Can you have a campfire?
No, open fires and campfires are not permitted on the touring pitches, which is standard across Parkdean Resorts parks. The focus here is on the hardstanding pitches and the wide range of on-park facilities rather than back-to-nature fireside camping under the stars.
Is the touring park open all year?
No, the touring and camping operation runs on a seasonal basis rather than all year round. Touring pitches, along with the rest of the accommodation, are booked through the Parkdean Resorts website, so check the current season's dates and availability before you travel.
