Pitches: 23 Opening Dates: 01st April To 30th September Springfields Countryside Caravan and Camping is very well maintained, very welcoming - small and friendly 23 pitch site with Stunning views over our local countryside from every spacious grass pitch. Located in a beutiful location, this countryside touring campsite is nestled off a quiet country lane in the heart of Staffordshire Moorlands just 200 meters off the main "A 521" Draycott Road and just 7 miles to the east of Stoke on Trent. About the Site This popular campsite which is now under new ownership (since February 2019) has been in operation for more than 26 years and has always been a great place for caravaners, motorhomes and now tent campers to stay especially for visitors to Alton Towers Theme Park which is just a few miles down the road from the site. We have 3.5 acres with lots of spare room for children and adults alike to play and run around in and a great area for walking our four legged friends, well behaved dogs are always welcome free of charge. We have relocated each pitch so that all pitches are very well spaced and all have fabulous views of the breath taking meandering unspoiled hills. Each of our eight fully serviced caravan/motorhome pitches have 16 amp electric hookup and fresh drinking water and a grey waste water drainage grid which are all included in the £15 per night base price. We also have ten raw camping pitches with nearby fresh drinking water from £10 per night. There is an onsite chemical toilet cassette emptying station and a ladies and gents toilet block with toilets and a modern shower in each unit and also hand wash basins, We also have dish washing facilities. The 4G wifi internet signal and TV signal are both very strong in this location. Open 1st March to 30th November.
