Steadings Park Camping And Caravan Site

Pitches: 80 Opening Dates: 1st March - 30th October We are a small family run caravan park in a rural location but still only a short drive away from the town & beach at Felixstowe and the riverside market town of Woodbridge Our site offers spacious, level & well drained fully serviced touring pitches each with a bench for your own use. Firepits can be borrowed from reception. Our modern toilet block offers free hot showers and a coin operated hair dryer in the ladies. We have great disabled and family wet rooms with a baby changing facility. We also having washing up sinks, a laundry room, fridge-freezer for campers use and a motorhome service point. We offer carp fishing on our private lake We have two childrens play areas , a ball game area and table tennis table to keep the children entertained. The site backs onto Newbourne Springs nature reserve which offers great walks, we even have our own footpath that leads directly to our fantastic village pub 'The Fox ' which serves good food every day. ***********We also have a four berth static caravan with hot tub for hire and a one bed luxury converted piggery for family members who prefer not to camp ********************************* For water lovers the river Deben at Waldringfield is just 2 miles away and boat trips run from here during the summer season Trinity Park (which hold the Suffolk show in May each year), Foxhall stadium , Ipswich , Southwold , Snape maltings , Orford and Framlingham are all close by .There are fantastic local walks along the river and some great cycling routes too. Sorry but we do not accept groups (more than 2 units together ) as we are a quiet relaxing site. Seasonal touring pitches also available - please phone for details & availability
