Pitches: 26 hard standing & 20 grass Opening Dates: Open All Year Portsmouth Ferry Terminal & Park & Ride 20min drive 3 miles East of Southampton, bus stop is a 5min walk bus every half hour. Tents, Motorhomes, RVs and Caravans with 40 premier pitches with electric, water & grey waste drain (26 hard-standing) which are level with plenty of room for parking. Smallest pitches are 150sq mts, with 7 super-size pitches on request if available. Security barriers to enter and exit the park which are number plate recognition, plus Security cameras. A rally field is available (except during Bank Holiday week-ends with 8 serviced pitches. Dog walk on site with plenty of walks nearby either in woodland or along the beach and 3 pubs nearby that allow dogs. Laundry room with indoor washing up facilities, freezer, kettle, microwave, iron and ironing board available. The touring park is at Netley Abbey and a 5 min drive from Hamble. It is an ideal base for Southampton Boat Show, Seaworks, Cowes Week or as a stopover to those travelling to the Isle of Wight or Europe by ferry from Southampton or Portsmouth. Cruise and stay - only 2 miles from the new Ocean cruise terminal in Southampton. 1 mile to beach to watch the cruise ships sail out of Southampton. 5 pubs within a mile, nearest one is a 10min walk, 3 of them serve food every day. Chinese, Indian & take-aways plus fish & chip shop all in Netley Abbey village approx 1 mile and a very good Indian restaurant. Also in the village is a Post Office, Bakers, Dry cleaners, several hairdressers,cafe and 2 co-op supermarkets.
