Pitches: 16 Opening Dates: Easter To October New owners Gillian and Nigel invite you to Camp at Tamarstone Meadow campsite. Peacefully situated by river bordered meadow and woodland on the Devon/Cornwall border , which makes our site ideally placed for touring both counties. Access to Tamarstone Meadow is by easy vehicle access directly off the A3072 Bude to Holsworthy road. Our 1 acre grassed camping area is level/gently sloping and at the bottom of the field is an acre of woodland. Pitches can be reserved in advance on any available pitch with or without electric. Tamarstone meadow campsite washrooms have been newly decorated throughout and now offer clean, bright and fun facilities that have been styled on a beach hut theme which will not disappoint any camper. We also have a dishwashing area and baby changing facilities for your convenience. Surfers are welcome to stay at our campsite and we have an area for washing down surf boards and wetsuits We also welcome cyclists and walkers and families alike. Tamarstone Meadow campsite has a large chill out beach room equipped with table tennis, table top football,games, books, soft seating and a dining table. Even the toddlers and younger children have their own seating provided for . The Beach room is also the ideal place for making friends or escaping from the British weather when it is wet and of course entertaining the children. A freezer is also available for campsite use. Picnic benches and outdoor seating are strategically placed within the grounds enjoying uninterrupted views across the Devon/Cornwall countryside . Dogs are welcome to stay, however they must be supervised & kept on a lead around the campsite and must not be left unattended if you are off site. We offer a pet sitting service subject to availability where we can look after your dog for the day should you wish to visit somewhere without your dog. It is the owners responsibility to clear up after dogs at all times.All dogs must be well behaved and not listed under the dangerous dogs act 1991. The wide sandy beaches around Bude and the market town of Holsworthy are just 10 minutes away by car. Staying at Tamarstone Farm has never been better, come and see for yourself.
