Noah's Retreat

Noah's Retreat is a lakeside lodge holiday park near Laceby, a few miles inland from Grimsby, and it was formerly The Willows Camping Site before a full redevelopment. Note this early: the operator now markets lodges and a farmhouse let rather than touring or tent pitches, so campers looking to bring their own tent or caravan should confirm availability directly before travelling. The park is built around a private, well-stocked fishing lake, with two, three and four-bedroom lodges set on the water's edge, many with a veranda or fishing platform, and a golf course sits next door. Alongside the lodges is The Willows, a refurbished six-bedroom farmhouse sleeping up to 14 with an outdoor hot tub, barbecue patio and a games room with a full-sized snooker table. The setting suits anglers, groups and families who want a comfortable base in North East Lincolnshire, with Cleethorpes and its beach about 15 minutes away, Grimsby around 15 minutes, the Lincolnshire Wolds within easy reach and Lincoln roughly 40 minutes by car. Lodges and the farmhouse are pet friendly and built with step-free access in mind.
