The touring caravan park is a tranquil 15 pitch, family run park for grown ups only, with a choice of breathtaking lakeside pitches, offering a unique peaceful atmosphere. Lyng is a picturesque village steeped in history and legends lying in the Wensum valley. The village retains its old natural charm and is unspoilt by modern life, pub, garage, public telephone, riding stables and a nature reserve are all within a 5 minute walk. Site Amenities Gas Shower room. NO- Tents or children are allowed on site. Toilets - male & female, 1 unisex. Chemical Closet. Water point - for caravans + 1 for motor homes. Electric hook-ups.- there is an option of 6 amp or 16 amp. Recycling point. Pets welcome - Dogs to be kept on leads. Fishing -Fishing is allowed if you would like to try, but a very hard lake to fish, as not managed as a fishery but a nature reserve, and is not a commercial fishery ADULT ONLY Tariffs 2020 Pitch - Grass -per night £16.50.- up to 2 persons, extra person £3.00 per night. Hard Standing -per night £16.50.- up to 2 persons, extra person £3.00 per night. Hard Standing- for stays over 30 nights £9.50 per night. Awnings - Free Ground sheets - Breathable only Pets - Free Toilets - Free Showers - £1.20 Fishing - 2 rods free per van for people staying in van, guest to van must always pay if they wish to fish. Over two rods or day pass £3.50 per day. Electricity- is metered- you pay for what you use. Guests - visiting a van must pay £1.00 per person; if you purchase a fishing ticket you do not pay the £1.00 entrance fee
