Westerly Lake Fishing And Caravan Park

This is an adults only site Pitches: 20 Opening Dates: 1st March To 2nd December Westerly Lake Fishing and Caravan Park is a peaceful adults only touring caravan park on the banks of a 1.5 acre coarse fishing lake surrounded by landscaped parkland. Situated on the edge of the village of Wheldrake, the caravan park is just a ten minute walk to the centre of the village with it's supermarket, post office, and village pub. The historic City of York is just 7 miles away, the Designer Outlet and Park and Ride are within 2 miles. The caravan park is very quiet and a haven for wildlife, just the place to relax and unwind. It is also an ideal base for exploring the North York Moors, and the east coast seaside resorts, the Yorkshire Dales are approximately an hour away. The majority of our caravan pitches have electric hook-ups and generously spaced hard standings. The caravan awnings are on grass, and so only breathable groundsheets are allowed. There is a centrally heated toilet and shower block with free hot showers, and there is also a washing up area, WiFi is available through Caravan Connect. Recently we have had to make the decision not to allow any new dogs on site that have not already stayed with us (maximum of 2). Open 1st March to 2nd December.
