We are an Adult-only site. The caravan site is in its own area within 4 acres overlooking a superb 1.5 acre fishing lake. Level hardstanding or grassed pitches are available Peaceful with lovely views of the fishing lake and the Wolds. Sit by your caravan and relax. Bring your bike as this area is mostly flat. Bring your Golf clubs there are lots of golf courses nearby and also a newly opened Woodthorpe Hall Leisure 25 Bay Superior Golf Driving Range Willow Tree Farm is 1 mile from the small unspoilt village of Sutton on Sea with its cafes/restaurants, local shops (including Spar) and a beautiful sandy beach. Once in Sutton-on-Sea you can ride your bike along the promenade for miles.
