Windy Ridge Caravans

This is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location, which accepts just five caravans or motorhomes and is for Club Members only. This is an adults only site Pitches: 5 CAMC Members Only Opening Dates: 1st April To 31st October Windy Ridge is based at the very edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, on the outskirts of a small village called Tetney, We have two fishing lakes on site, stocked with Carp, Tench, Bream, Roach, Rudd, Trout and we're very close to the Louth canal, which has very good Pike/Perch fishing nearby for free. Please visit our website for full details about fishing There's a local Spar supermarket which has most of lifes little essentials such as bread, wine, beer and more wine, there's the Plough Pub (it doesn't do any food), the Crown & Anchor Pub a (pleasant 40 mins walk or 2 mins drive) it does nice food. There are some very nice Chinese / Indian / pizza & kebab take aways that will all deliver to the site (please ask us for the menus), there are also some very nice fish & chip shops locally please ask and we'll point you in the direction of the best ones to go to. _Our site is fairly secluded and perfect for those that just want to be out of the way and chill with nature. Please do read the "how to find us" section, you'll find it at the top of our website page, as we're not that easy to find and I promise it will make your life a lot easier. Our site is really for those people looking for a little peace and tranquillity and in the per suit of this we're strictly an "ADULTS ONLY site, no children under 18 yrs of age are allowed on the site, so if your looking for a hide away without any shouting, screaming kids our little 5 pitch CL site will probably suite you. This is a very tranquil site where well behaved pets are welcome (we do insist that all dogs are kept on leads whilst at Windy Ridge due to our free range Chickens / guinea Fowl & Ducks). The main gates to the property are automated for a touch of added security, so just in case we're not around when you arrive please get the entry access code from us a few days before your arrival. Frequently seen here are Rabbits, Pheasants, Deer, wild Geese, Barn Owl, lots of wild Birds and our own pet Call Ducks, Guinea Fowl & Chickens, theres also 2 Kingfishers on the Island in the lake. Our site is fairly secluded and perfect for those that just want to be out of the way and chill with nature. There's plenty to do for the more active amongst you, such as strutting your stuff along the many public footpaths & walking routes nearby.
