YHA Lands End

YHA Land's End is a small, independently run YHA partner hostel and walkers' campsite in Cot Valley near St Just in west Cornwall, and it is currently closed for reconfiguration and refurbishment with no reopening date published. The site sits in a sheltered valley between Cape Cornwall and Land's End, five minutes from the South West Coast Path and 15 minutes on foot from St Just, with Porth Nanven beach (known as Dinosaur Egg Beach for its rounded granite boulders) at the mouth of the valley. The offer here is deliberately simple: exclusive hire of the whole hostel, two camping pods overlooking the sea, and a limited number of tent pitches reserved for coast path walkers arriving on foot, so touring caravans, motorhomes and drive-up campers are not catered for.
