Angram Green Cottage Certificated Site

On a working sheep farm at the foot of Pendle Hill, Angram Green Cottage Certificated Site is a Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site just outside Worston, three miles from Clitheroe, with superb views across farmland and the open Ribble Valley. The farm sits in the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, half a mile from the A59 and half a mile from a pub serving food, with the nearest shop two miles away and Downham and Pendle Witch country on the doorstep. There is a gently sloping area for caravans with four electric hook ups and a separate flat area for tents, also with hook ups, and the site takes a maximum of five caravans or motorhomes and up to ten tents at any one time. Facilities are simple and well kept: flush toilets, a hot shower at no extra charge, a washing up area with hot water, drinking water from Angram Green's own spring, and a chemical disposal point with a wash out hose.
