About this site

Black Bull Caravan Park is a touring caravan and motorhome park just south of Pickering in North Yorkshire, known for generous hardstanding pitches divided by privacy hedges. The park sits on the Malton road about 2 miles from Pickering town centre and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, with Dalby Forest a 15 minute drive, Flamingo Land close by and Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay about 30 minutes over the moors. Every pitch is all weather gravel with 16 amp electric and room for an awning, and super serviced options add water, grey waste and a TV point. Tents and pup tents are not accepted, so this is one for tourers, motorhomes and campervans only, with static holiday homes to hire or buy as well. Regular guests rate the spotless heated washrooms, free hot showers and the caretakers who keep the whole site in proper order. Beyond the basics there is a games room, playground, crazy golf course, camping essentials shop and free basic WiFi, plus a separately owned pub and restaurant at the park entrance. Touring at Black Bull runs from 1 March to 31 October, with 2025 prices from £31 a night and up to two dogs staying free.
