Bonnington Farm Certificated Site

Bonnington Farm Certificated Site is a small members-only pitch down Drungewick Lane at Loxwood, close to Billingshurst in West Sussex, run under the Camping and Caravanning Club's Certificated Site scheme. This is proper countryside, with the Wey and Arun Canal path and the Downs Link cycle route both close by for walks and rides. The pitch is grass only, taking up to five caravans or motorhomes and up to ten tents at a time, with four pitches offering a 6 amp electric hook-up. There are no toilets or showers, so Bonnington Farm suits members happy to be self-sufficient rather than anyone after a full facilities block. Dogs are welcome on a lead. It is not the pitch for campers without Camping and Caravanning Club membership, since access is restricted to members, though the farm keeps a separate non-members camping area available on enquiry. Expect a quiet, peaceful stay among wildlife rather than an activity-packed one in this corner of West Sussex. Pitches run from £20 a night for a grass pitch, with electric hook-up an extra £5, quoted through the farm's own booking system.
