Pitches: 30 Opening Dates: 15th February To 16th January BROCKLEHEAD CARAVAN PARK Brocklehead Caravan Park is based on a working farm on the outskirts of Darwen and Hoddlesden, North west, Lancashire. For those who seek peace and tranquillity in a delightful country setting this is the ideal location. Our park is personally supervised by ourselves, as resident owners and our sole aim is to ensure that your holiday is enjoyable and carefree. You will find yourself surrounded by friendly, like-minded people who create a real Ôcommunity feel. Our well-established and immaculate park exudes a friendly atmosphere and all sites are thoughtfully placed on individual plots with easy parking for the family car. A unique 30 pitched touring caravan site, pitches are also available for camper-vans, motorhomes, trailer tents & folding campers (as long as it has a chassis). Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate tents unless joining with a caravan, but we accept tents for educational purposes i.e. scouts, cubs, schools etc. All with electric hookups and a large shower block with own cubical inc toilet, basin & shower. Brocklehead caravan park is situated within 63 acres of Farm land, wildlife and beautiful views in all directions, looking as far as the hills and mountains of the Lake District, West Yorkshire, North Wales and Blackpool and the ribble valley estuary. Plenty of local amenities pubs, restaurants, village shops and a short drive away for those fashion shopaholics with high street shops, cinema, bowling and for those more explorers theres plenty of nature walks and trails, cycling, sightseeing, fishing, park farm and horse riding. Take a longer day out why not jump on the train for a spot of sightseeing or shopping to Manchester or Blackpool. Or maybe somewhere for you to just relax, unwind and enjoy the good things in life. We are open throughout the year, apart from 17th January - 14th Febuary.
