Pitches: 15 Opening Dates: March To January The Ratham Estate is situated in West Ashling, near Chichester. Steeped in history, it's mentioned in the Doomsday Book and originates from the 15th century. A working farm until the 1990s, the estate has three Grade II listed properties on-site; - a charming circular thatched chapel, the original water mill building and the farmhouse. The current owners, Lord and Lady Hodgkin, purchased the estate in 2011 and are bringing it back to its former glory, while also making new and exciting changes. 2015 sees the development of a luxury touring park on the estate. Concierge Camping offers 15 spacious hardstanding pitches in a landscaped area, with hedging between pitches offering plenty of seclusion. All pitches are fully-serviced, with a 16 or 32 amp electrical supply, free WiFi, TV and satellite connection, and the touring park is spacious enough to accommodate large units such as American RVs. Concierge Camping offers two sizes of fully-serviced pitch; with hard-standings of 8m x 5m suitable for smaller European style motor-homes, or 14m x 6m that can accommodate larger American Style RVs or Car/Caravans. All pitches benefit from 16 or 32amp power supplies, satellite TV sockets and super-fast broadband through the campsite's extended WIFI. Each pitch has their own enclosed grass recreation area, also suitable for awnings and additional tents at no extra charge. On site facilities extend to a fully-equipped laundry, comprising of a washing machine and tumble dryer, an indoor dish-washing area, and a brand new luxury toilet and shower block. There are two late-arrival bays. Electric car hire is available, alongside regular bicycle and electric bicycle hire.
