About this site

Eastham Hall Holiday Park is a family run touring and holiday home park on Saltcotes Road, and it is the only caravan park sitting inside Lytham itself. The park is about a mile and a half from the middle of Lytham, with its windmill, green and restaurants, and St Annes, Blackpool and Lytham's championship golf links are all a short drive further along the Fylde coast. There are 25 nightly touring pitches alongside 86 seasonal ones, split between Standard pitches (gravel hardstanding, grass area and 16amp electric) and Super pitches, which add a personal water tap, a grey waste trap and an illuminated service bollard. Tents are not accepted, and neither are generators, commercial vehicles or converted vans, so Eastham Hall is strictly for caravans, motorhomes, campervans, folding campers and trailer tents; sleeping in awnings is not permitted either. Two facility blocks, a wet room, a shop, a laundry, a pot wash, a dog exercise field and a new children's play park cover the day to day, and up to two dogs can stay at £2 a night each, though no dogs at all are allowed over the Lytham Festival. Campers rate the pitches and the upgraded shower block; opinions on the welcome at reception are more mixed. The touring season runs 1 March to 1 December and Standard pitches start from £31 a night.

Good to know

Does Eastham Hall take tents?
No, the park cannot accommodate tents, and it also turns away generators, commercial vehicles and converted vans. The 25 nightly touring pitches take caravans, motorhomes, campervans, folding campers, folding caravans and trailer tents. Sleeping in awnings is not permitted either, on health and safety grounds.
When is Eastham Hall open?
The touring season at Eastham Hall runs from 1 March to 1 December, so the park closes for the depths of winter. Minimum stays apply at busy times: three nights over bank holidays and Easter including Friday and Saturday, and five nights for the Lytham Festival and the Ladies Open Golf.
How much is a touring pitch?
Standard pitches are from £31 a night in low season, £37 in standard season and £44 in high season. Super pitches, which add a water tap, grey waste trap and service bollard, run from £36 to £49. All prices cover one outfit, an awning, two occupants and parking for one car.
Are dogs allowed at Eastham Hall?
Yes, up to two dogs at £2 per dog per night, and there is a dog exercise field on the park. Two important catches: dogs cannot be left unattended at any point during your stay, and no dogs are allowed on the park at all over the Lytham Festival period.
How far is Lytham town centre?
Eastham Hall is about a mile and a half from the centre of Lytham, which makes it walkable, and the park is the only caravan park actually within Lytham. Lytham's windmill, green, boutiques and restaurants are the obvious draw, with St Annes pier and Blackpool a short drive up the coast.
What is the difference between a Standard and a Super pitch?
Both come with gravel hardstanding, a grass area and a 16amp electric supply. A Super pitch adds a personal water tap, a grey waste disposal trap and an illuminated service bollard, for about £5 a night more. Not every pitch takes an awning, so mention yours when you book.
