About this site

Greenscapes Nursery is a small Certificated Site under the Camping and Caravanning Club, set within a working lavender and plant nursery on a quiet lane in rural north-east Leeds, West Yorkshire. Unlike the neighbouring adults-only parks, this is a relaxed, family-friendly spot that takes tents, caravans and motorhomes, and it also has a camping pod and a shepherd's hut for anyone after glamping without their own kit. It sits about 6 miles from Leeds city centre and 3 miles from Harewood, with Harewood House, Wetherby and the Wharfe valley all within a short drive. Pitches are grassed and genuinely quiet, with electric hook-up available, a shared fire pit for campers to use, and simple shower and toilet facilities on site. What makes Greenscapes different is the nursery setting: campers get 10 percent off plants and can join the weekly art classes held in the on-site Art Shed, which is a nice change from a plain field. Dogs are welcome and the site is open all year, so it suits off-season trips as well as summer stays. Pitches start from £15 a night without electric or £19 with hook-up, for a couple, with small extra charges for additional adults and children. Booking and glamping enquiries are handled directly through Greenscapes Nursery.
