Pitches: 25 Opening Dates: Open All Year With golf and fishing lakes on site, Henstridge Golf & Leisure is situated in Somerset very close to the Dorset and Wiltshire borders, just 2 minutes from the A30. A great stop off point if you are exploring the local area. This quiet, friendly rural site offers all the facilities you need to enjoy the perfect tranquil getaway. Our facilities include leisure and outdoor activities with a 9-hole golf course, driving range and putting green. We offer a Pay and Play for golfers. Coarse fishing is available in one of our lakes (mainly carp, roach and bream). Croquet lawn and Boules coming shortly. We offer a friendly, relaxed stay and have a comfortable clubhouse with a fully licenced bar. Our restaurant serves great home cooked food and is open for breakfast from 10-12 and lunches from 12-2pm. We have both hard standing and grass pitches many of which have have electric hook up. We also have fresh water facilities and two new male and female shower and toilet blocks. We are 10 minutes from the historic towns of Sherborne and Shaftesbury and surrounded by some beautiful National Trust walks and properties including Stourhead gardens. We are about an hour from the beautiful Georgian City of Bath and also Bournemouth and Poole.
