This is an adults only site Pitches: 15 Opening Dates: Open All Year Janson Fishery set in peaceful, green surroundings among the Vale of Belvoir Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Convenient for Belvoir Castle and the numerous events held there. We are convenient for Newark Showground. We have two pleasure fishing lakes on site: Tomos Lake, with carp into double figures as well as barbel, tench, roach, rudd and golden orfe, and Donut Pool, a mixed lake with Ide, barbel and carp up to double figures. NEW FOR SPRING 2019 We are delighted to announce that we have expanded our site which will now include 6 x Luxury Glamping Pods, complete with en-suite toilet/shower rooms, small double bed, kitchnette, sofa, table and chairs, situated alongside our new lake with an exclusive fishing spot. Bookings for these are being taken now ready for the new season in April. Also within this development are 7 lakeside hardstanding pitches, 3 of which will be fully serviced. There will also be 4 lakeside tent pitches, and new amenity block. We also have three match lakes and Open match days are held on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. A well-stocked tackle shop, providing for match & pleasure fishing. A cafe is open on match days for filled cobs, full English breakfasts and hot and cold drinks, to have indoors or at the outside seating area. Self-catering supplies can be found close by in Bingham: barbecues are allowed on site, no fire pits allowed. Janson Fishery has toilets and a chemical disposal facility, toilets and shower rooms. We are located just off the A52 towards Redmile, easily accesible from the A46 and A1.
