About this site

Kenneggy Cove Holiday Park is a small touring park and campsite at Rosudgeon in west Cornwall, deliberately capped at 30 pitches across 4 acres of lawned gardens with sea views over Mount's Bay to Lizard Point. The park sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty between Penzance and Helston: the South West Coast Path and the quiet sand of Kenneggy beach are a 10 minute walk away, Praa Sands and its watersports hire a 5 minute drive, and Marazion with St Michael's Mount 3 miles along the Cornwall coast. Serviced and unserviced pitches take caravans, campervans and tents, and four two and three bedroom holiday homes suit anyone wanting a fixed base. There is no bar, clubhouse or entertainment, and a firm no noise rule applies after 10pm, so groups after a lively night should book elsewhere. The Fat Gull, the park's own pizzeria, bakes handmade pizzas from its own dough, and reviewers keep landing on the same three points: spotless shower blocks, welcoming resident owners and proper peace. A laundry with commercial machines and a wetsuit washing area keep beach days sorted. Dogs stay for £5 a night on touring pitches. Kenneggy Cove Holiday Park takes touring bookings from 21 May to 27 September 2026, with pitches from £36 a night.

Good to know

Are dogs allowed at Kenneggy Cove Holiday Park?
Yes, dogs are welcome across the park. On touring pitches dogs are charged at £5 per night, and in the holiday homes the charge is £28 per week or part of a week. Kenneggy beach, a 10 minute walk below the park, gives them a good run.
How much does camping at Kenneggy Cove cost in 2026?
Touring pitches cost from £36 a night without electricity and from £43 a night with electricity, with 2026 prices held at 2025 levels. Peak summer (29 June to 6 September) rises to £40 and £47 respectively, and extras include £8 per additional person and £6 for an awning.
When is Kenneggy Cove Holiday Park open?
The touring park takes bookings from 21 May to 27 September in 2026, so it is not open all year. The four holiday homes run on a slightly different season, from 23 May to 19 September 2026, with balances due one month before arrival.
Do the pitches have electric hook-up?
Yes, serviced pitches with electricity are available and cost £43 to £47 a night depending on the date. The park advises reserving hook-ups early because numbers are limited, and unserviced pitches for tents, campervans and caravans are offered at £36 to £40 a night.
How far is the beach from Kenneggy Cove Holiday Park?
Kenneggy Sands sits a 10 minute walk below the park on a footpath to the South West Coast Path, with no vehicle access, which keeps it quiet. Praa Sands, a 5 minute drive away, has watersports equipment hire, and Marazion with St Michael's Mount is 3 miles away.
Is there entertainment at Kenneggy Cove Holiday Park?
No, Kenneggy Cove is a quiet site with no bar, clubhouse or entertainment programme, and a no noise policy applies after 10pm. The on site draws are The Fat Gull pizzeria, the lawned gardens with sea views over Mount's Bay and the footpath down to the coast.
