Pitches: 20 Opening Dates: March To October Our lovely rural campsite can now take just a few more caravans and tents without spoiling the relaxing farm atmosphere.The site has toilets and hot showers completed in Septembers 2013 and 2 handy chemical loos as well. Enjoy peace, quiet and scenery but also be in easy reach of facilities and attractions, Larkrise Holiday site consists of an approximately acre level scenic field close to our farm. There are electrical hook-ups for 6 caravans, fresh water and chemical disposal. There is plenty of room for tents as well and a chemical toilet for campers. The site benefits from allowing people to spread out so they can pic-nic or enjoy the views.Well behaved dogs are permitted by prior arrangement. Grocery shopping ,restaurants and takeaways are available in Kirton Lindsey just 1 mile away or visit Kirton Windmill and enjoy their home baked bread. " Uncle Henry's" famous deli and cafe is also less than 1 mile away. The site is convenient for the nearby gliding club or for parachutting at Hibaldstow. the attractive market town of Brigg is about 15 minutes by car and Lincoln itself is only a 25 minute drive (making Lincoln show ground within easy reach).Hemswell Antique Centre and the town of Gainsborough are also in easy travelling distance. The site is suitable either for a quiet relaxing stay or for more the more active who might wish to cycle oe pursue other sports in the area. Children will appreciate visiting Lincolnshire sites such as the Pink Pig or Lincoln Castle. There is also a holiday cottage available.
